This from SCOTUS is very much like the proverbial brick.
Which brick? The one the country boys are prone to mentioning when they’re dealing with a machine that is just plain being contrary with circular reinforcing problems. Fix one and the remainder just get worse. At the point they’re tired of messing with it they’ll say “screw it, fire it up in the driveway and throw a brick on the gas pedal. We’ll start the rebuild after lunch.” That brick.
