    A simple answer… IF any element of technology displaces a human worker then the company owning that technology pays the same taxes as the sum total taxes and health care benefits associated with not one but every human job negated by that technology.

    The current political environment would seem well suited to initiating such a social counterbalance before anyone suggests opening a hunting season on those responsible for creating such poverty from plenty that what Frank Herbert called “The Butlerian Jihad” will get up and rolling.
