Hmmmm… are we seeing the rise of a dual state, or the unveiling of several? More than one quite different groups of folks maintain they’ve been the victim of the “dual state” for quite some time now. The working class conservatives are every bit as convinced of that as the hink and kink bunch are, and both have good cause for that belief.
