A consensus on Gaza appears to emerge among Arab states at Doha Forum

Officials from various Arab states seem to agree that the Gaza deal must move to the next phase, but are unwilling to send their own personnel to contribute. A number of officials from various Arab states gathered in Doha over the weekend for the Doha Forum.
