Delete yourself? Why? A far better tactic is learn to code and then have fun writing up faux-you so an obsolete computer you never look at can generate believably fake data tagged to your ISP address. It doesn’t, it shouldn’t, have anything to do with your real life… cut and paste out of classic novels would work nicely, as long as they’re contemporary English, or, your code translates Mark Twain into modern double-speak with decent fidelity. Why, if a measly 75 million of us organized to take that tack over the social media platforms in five years we could so totally pollute the internet with fake data as to destroy the source of the problem… psychobabble and shrink based marketing. Why run? Counter-attack using the same weapons they used on you… they have waaaaay more to lose than you do.
