I like the “old hotel” idea. If you’re wealthy enough to do it in the first place and you have a savvy attorney write up the paperwork correctly the tax write off would pay for the place… and with just a bit of a side hustle you could find some incredibly loyal employees among your tenants for your other endeavors. Good idea.
