A friend of mine has a saying that goes “nice truck,,,sorry to hear of your sexual problems.”
Put load sensors on the suspension, feed their output into a memory module in the vehicles main computer, and then adjust THE PRICE OF THE TAG to reflect the percentage of road time the vehicle was being operated at a reasonable percentage of its rated payload… sky high tag if your operating a truck… as a freaking fashion accessory for your Manhattan Cowboy outfit.
Where I live one in three of such trucks are covered in mud and kind of beat up, they are working vehicles, and those who need that truck to feed the rest of us will take a dim view of any fauxLiberal effort to destroy their ability to do their job because city idiots don’t seem to have any reality based common sense.

well lets just adjust some of the thinking.. yes there are city fools whom drive tricked out 4X4s that will never ever go off road… and there are those that have super lux accessories on theirs- they are a danger to everyone simply because they dont think nor care… but theyd also be like that in a BMW et al but for most its because of 2 factors… the car comps killed the station wagon… they force us into SUVs or over priced mini-vans… and G-d forbid you own a sedan and pull up to an intersection -because you wont be able to see over those vehicles… so again youre kinda forced into it… mind you I have to have a mini van as I have 4 grand children living with me… Id say that driving a sedan is much like driving a motorcycle… you need to be more defensive in your driving out of self preservation… stop expecting to be “equal” on the road….
