We’d like you to look at one piece of art for 10 minutes, uninterrupted.
In July we asked readers to give their complete attention to a painting for 10 minutes. The purpose of the exercise was to consider the value of uninterrupted focus.
Nearly 100,000 readers around the world participated, and many readers liked it so much they wanted to try again.
Today, we have a tapestry from the late Middle Ages (around the year 1500).
As before, we’d like you to try to focus on the art for 10 full minutes, or as long as you possibly can. (You’ll be able to quit the exercise whenever you want.)
You may want to get comfortable and silence your notifications before you begin.
