50 year old Testament of true love.
We all use social media and one trend that is coming back is making videos on the top of “ladder of love” which is capturing hearts worldwide.
When I first saw it I was a bit amused to see that how much today’s world is crazy to fit into the trend. Just imagine you are climbing a long ladder which takes you no where, that too without assurance of your life. this ladder has no safety railings, limited safety measures while you climb there.
one wrong step and you will become an example to the thumbnail “why we shouldn’t follow any trend blindly”
One thing I’ve realized is that planting trees doesn’t trend or spread fast—people don’t find it “cool.” But the moment something wild or crazy pops up, it goes viral instantly.

But what is more amusing is that people are still following it,but why are people so fascinated by it? Let’s break it down.
The “Ladder of Love” is a staircase of over 6,000 stone steps carved into a 1,500-meter-high mountain in Chongqing, China. It was made by “Liu Guojiang”, a man deeply in love with “Xu Chaoqing”, an older woman he married against societal norms. To escape judgment, they moved to a remote mountain, where Liu spent over 50 years carving the steps so Xu could walk safely.
No matter which age circle we talk about, nowadays one of the most important topic is true love because it has become rare to find in today’s world.this touching love story too has resurfaced because people are discussing true love and dedication in today’s world. Some also debate whether the site should be preserved as a cultural landmark or turned into a tourist attraction.
It symbolizes pure, selfless love.
It shows dedication and sacrifice—Liu spent his entire life making life easier for his wife.
In a time of fast relationships, this story reminds people of long-lasting commitment.
While the steps were carved with love, they are steep and can be risky for visitors.but little attention can save us.However, no deaths or major accidents have been reported.(although Jumping and running like a wild animal will obviously take you to the God)
Though both Liu and Xu have passed away, their story continues to inspire people worldwide. The Ladder of Love remains a powerful reminder of to what extent true love can take you to and also what true love can achieve.
Would you climb it for your love?
Few can, few can’t, few don’t even dare!
