With disturbing and shocking details emerging from the documents of the Epstein files, a newly released FBI document has now made a bombshell revelation about Donald Trump and his wife, Melania Trump. According to WGTC, a former assistant to Jeffrey Epstein revealed to the federal agents that it was the convicted offender who had introduced Trump to his now wife, Melania.
This statement sharply contradicts the story that the President and the First Lady have been telling everyone about their first meeting for several years. A report in The Daily Beast revealed that the woman, who was a former model and worked for Epstein between 2005 and 2006, made the statement to the FBI agents and the prosecutors in July 2019. The woman gave the statement under a “proffer agreement,” which means that she swore that the information was accurate in exchange for a limited period of immunity.
The consequences of lying to federal agents under this agreement can result in five years in prison. The information was showcased in an 11-page FBI record on Friday, January 30, 2026, and was unveiled to the public on Monday, February 2, 2026.

The document further revealed that the woman was interrogated by the FBI agents and prosecutors. She shared disturbing details about Jeffrey Epstein’s assault activities and also called herself a “victim.” The document reveals that the woman traveled with the disgraced financier for about a year, with her last trip being to Paris in 2006. The record also has a mention of Melania Trump’s then-modeling agent, Paolo Zampolli.
According to the document, Epstein and Zampolli were associated with each other to garner elite models. After some of the blackout lines in the document, a shocking line reveals, “EPSTEIN introduced MELANIA TRUMP to DONALD TRUMP.”
This revelation completely contradicts the anecdote the President and his wife told the world about their first meeting. The original version revealed that the couple met at the Kit Kat Club in 1998 through Zampolli. The First Lady also revealed her first meeting with her husband in her 2024 memoir. Melania Trump recalled that she saw her friend waving at someone, and when she turned around, she saw “a man and an attractive blonde woman approaching us.”
The FLOTUS added, “Hi. I’m Donald Trump,’ the man said when he reached my table. ‘Nice to meet you.” She hinted that she was impressed by Trump’s “curiosity and interest” at that time. On the other hand, Donald Trump also spoke about meeting his wife for the first time in a 2005 interview. He revealed that he was supposed to meet a “great supermodel” who was then sitting next to the now-First Lady.
The President added that he told someone, “Forget about her. Who’s the one on the left?” who was revealed to be none other than Melania. However, the new document has a totally different story to tell. The recently released documents have unraveled communications between Epstein and other high-profile individuals making shocking revelations about his social circle.
The White House has reportedly rejected this new revelation. The officials furthermore indicated towards the latest Department of Justice warning that revealed that the recently released files might consist of “untrue and sensationalist claims against President Trump,” which was submitted to the FBI before the 2020 election.
