Amanda Ungaro, a former model who previously flew onJeffrey Epstein’s private jet, claims to have damaging information about PresidentDonald Trump and plans to share it with members of Congress.
Ungaro, who has previously threatened to disclose information about Trump and First Lady Melania Trump, made new allegations in an interview with a Brazilian media outlet, according to journalist Julie K. Brown’s recent Substack post.
Ungaro claimed she has ‘kompromat on Trump’
Brown, whose reporting contributed to Epstein’s 2019 arrest, wrote, “Ungaro is angry. She has claimed she has a lot of kompromat on Trump, Melania and her former partner, Paolo Zampolli; that Epstein (not Zampolli) introduced Melania to Trump; and that she has documentation, including emails, that could hurt those in Trump’s world. And she is now talking to Congress.”
Zampolli, a longtime Trump associate, currently serves as the president’s special envoy. The New York Timesreported that he successfully urged the Trump administration to deport Ungaro in 2025.
Zampolli accused in passport scheme
In her interview with the Brazilian outlet, Ungaro also alleged that Zampolli was involved with Chinese nationals in what she described as a “passport-selling scheme.”
Ungaro claims the arrangement generated up to $250,000 in cash for Zampolli for each passport allegedly sold. She also linked the alleged operation to the death of John Ashe, former president of the United Nations General Assembly, but provided no evidence to support these accusations.
Ashe died before the bribery trial
Ashe was found dead at his home in 2016. The Associated Press reported that his death resulted from a “weightlifting accident when a barbell dropped on his neck.” At the time, Ashe faced bribery-related charges involving Chinese nationals, with a court appearance scheduled five days after his death.
Brown expressed skepticism about Ungaro’s account, referencing her experience reporting on “mob hits.” She noted that the allegation “sounds a bit suspicious.”
Ungaro has threatened further disclosures
Ungaro has previously said she intends to disclose information about Melania. She once vowed to “tear down the entire system” by revealing what she knew and suggested that further disclosures may follow.
“Now Ungaro is talking as if she has nothing to lose… After all, they already arrested her, deported her, separated her from her son, kept her in an ICE camp, vowed to sue her, called her a liar and took away her livelihood. Some of the most famous whistleblowers in history are women,” Brown wrote in her report.
