Republicans Who Voted Against 9/11 Families Are Tweeting "Never Forget" Today

In 2022, 30 Republicans voted against the Fairness for 9/11 Families Act, legislation that provided compensation and relief to the victims of 9/11 and their surviving family members, including widows and dependent children. Some of those same Republicans that voted against 9/11 victims and their families back then are posting about the attack.

They are posting sentiments like “never forget” and how they stand with the first responders, but their permanent voting record proves that they did just that… they forgot. Many of these Republicans are still serving in Congress while some of them have retired, been defeated, or are now pursuing another office.
