    By what is said in the article I would posit that the unknown factor is actually a matter of misunderstanding social time versus alone time. The simple binary of alone/notAlone proceeds from the assumption that all “not alone” time is of equal emotional value, and therefore can be represented into the statistics as a simple sum. The statistics look much more amenable to a correct interpretation if social time is treated as an emotionally weighted function whose weight can be a negative value. Fitting motives to facts is not straightforward work, as I or any other genuine conspiracy theorist will tell you.
