I can’t claim it, I heard it from my son. The acronym is “MOTO” and it stands for “Master of the Obvious.” This article is a classic example of being moto about something. It is also an excellent example of using the obvious truth that makes it moto in the first place to add voracity to any of several subtle and insulting assumptions included in the body of the text. There’s a Latin phrase for doing that, its’ found in the classic fallacies of logic and it goes post hoc ergo propter hoc.

The tone of this article is the snide conciliatory false compassion the fauxLiberal are infamous for, the intent of the article to paint anyone who has any reservations about mindlessly complying with any point of authority as damaged children to be pitied. But, it’s easily seen why they would… damaged children have seen deception and manipulation at a young age, they more than most know what they’re looking at when someone tries the same tactics on them later in life. Analogy? The blooded veteran knows combat and loathes it. The unblooded are those who can be deceived… the first time.

The intent of this article is to isolate the innocent from the veteran with a social bigotry so the veteran’s stories are not heard in time to be a warning. That… is very MOTO.

Watchman, what of the night?
