It will be interesting to see how this pans out for me. I was very active all of my life. Then my Dad; my best cowboy friend; and the only woman I ever loved all died within a year of each other.
Then my little brother committed suicide. I gave up and I have sat on the couch working on my art for ten years. 8 hours can blink by.
I run hot, and I drink a lot of water and Iced tea, which makes me have to walk from the front of the house to the bathroom in the back of the house about every half hour.
Maybe my bladder will buy me some time! Maybe not with 50 years of tobacco use, but who knows. My first boss was a world champion cowboy. He drank whiskey, smoked and chewed tobacco…and ate beef every day and lived to near 100.
Genes play a big part.
